A property manager will be assigned to your property and be the point of contact 24 hours a day for the guests .

Garden maintenance
We can supply a gardener who will take care of the outside as we look after the inside. First impressions make a big difference when your guests arrives.
Recycling & Waste Collection
We offer a weekly waste collection service. Councils may now not collect at all if you are on business rates or your bins are only taken fortnightly. Our service will ensure ALL waste and recycling is taken each week. We can even hire you bins should you need them.
Compliance Checks
We can monitor and organise your property compliance certification. This will ensure you are covered for your holiday let venture and we take care of everything for you with our own engineers. We also carry out fire risk assessments and checks before each stay.
Inventories & Inspections
Every 6 months your property will receive a full maintenance photographic report. This allows us to keep you informed of the condition of your property and head of smaller maintenance jobs before bigger issues arise.
Laundry Services
We have state of the art washing, drying and pressing equipment. We have invested heavily so all linen is treated with care and presented in the highest possible way. We are open to the public for service washes as well and general laundry as well as large items.
Property Maintenance
We can repair and decorate areas of your property inside and out to ensure it is kept in the best condition all year round.
Linen hire
We offer the choice of hiring linen and towels from us rather than you have to purchase upfront.
This way you have no issues with damages as we provide replacements in the hire cost should issues arise.
Carpet Cleaning
We have just purchased some modern carpet and rug cleaning equipment to support the rest of the business. We can now also offer this to the public so please get in touch if you would like a quotation.
