We can monitor and organise your property compliance certification. This will ensure you are covered for your holiday let venture and we take care of everything for you with our own engineers. We also carry out fire risk assessments and checks before each stay.
Every 6 months your property will receive a full maintenance photographic report. This allows us to keep you informed of the condition of your property and head of smaller maintenance jobs before bigger issues arise.
We have state of the art washing, drying and pressing equipment. We have invested heavily so all linen is treated with care and presented in the highest possible way. We are open to the public for service washes as well and general laundry as well as large items.
We can repair and decorate areas of your property inside and out to ensure it is kept in the best condition all year round.
We offer the choice of hiring linen and towels from us rather than you have to purchase upfront.
This way you have no issues with damages as we provide replacements in the hire cost should issues arise.
