Cotswold Property Services was founded in 2014 on the back of a request to look after a friend's holiday home over the summer.

From the level of service we provided and guest feedback word soon spread. Within months I soon had a handful of properties under my management and the phone was ringing constantly.

In February 2016 I received a call from a  booking agent asking to meet me and discuss how I could support them. From here I started to take this more seriously and the business was propelled forward. I gave up my career in Education and Cotswold Property Services was born. 

The level of service and relationships created with our owners gives us a leading edge in the industry. We have formed long standing friendships with our guests and owners over the years. Most of our owners are overseas or absent and entrust us with their properties.

We work with many booking agents both locally and nationally. Some based in the heart of the Cotswolds, two national organisations and some smaller independent companies.

 We also rent out other properties ourselves as some owners prefer the more bespoke smaller service for this and combine everything in one place. We can run your AirBnB as well if you wish, just ask for details.

We cover most areas of the Cotswolds and some beyond and have teams located in geographical regions who work on allocated properties for continuity.

I am proud of the business that has been created. We continue to grow whilst still offering a personal and high level of service to our guests and owners.
